About Me
Dr. Dhiman is presently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies, NIT Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh. He has earned his Ph.D. from the Central University of Jammu. He actively researches in the domain of technology adoption, online recruitment, smart fitness wearables, consumer Happiness, psychological capital, and Green HRM. He has published his research work in many distinguished international journals and has also presented his research work in several institutes of repute such as IIM Nagpur, IIM Indore, and IIM Rohtak, to name a few. One of his pioneering research papers on Consumer Happiness became the talk of the town and gained international media coverage for which he was interviewed by "Today in Digital Marketing Media Podcast" - Canada. Moreover, he has also chaired conference sessions at IIM Nagpur. During his tenure at NIT Hamirpur, he has been instrumental in organizing various workshops and National conferences.
